Communist Party of India (CPI) national general secretary Suravaram Sudhakara Reddy had expressed concern over Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu mental status. Speaking at “Pratyeka Hoda Bharosa Rally” in Guntur Reddy wondered why his good friend Chandrababu Naidu is so scared and why he is speaking all nonsense.
“It is no good for his stature” the CPI leader quipped and said the national leaders of different political parties and ideologies gather here (Guntur) to demand the centre to accord special category status to the state, but not to grab the power undemocratically. But unfortunately the Chief Minister is looking scared as if hei chair and acting like a dictator. “Is it not shame on his part to use police force to scuttle the rally and instigate his party workers to stage black flag demonstrations against special status demand” he asked.
The CPI leader lambasted Chandrababu Naidu for TDP’s alliance with BJP. He said that SCS is not a closed chapter and added that it will remain open till it is achieved. The time has come to fight for it inside and outside the parliament. It is sentimental issue he said and added the state is facing severe problems after bifurcation. He called upon all the political parties to join hands in the best interest of the state.
