Former minister and senior Telugu Desam Party leader from Kurnool, Shila Mohan Reddy is likely to join YSR Congress party soon. It was believed that he had discussed his political future with his supporters here recently, said sources.
The buzz in the political circles is that Shilpa Mohan Reddy is said to be in touch with YSRCP senior leaders and even YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is said to be showing keen interest in taking him into the party-fold. The TDP leader is upset with the Chandrababu’s decision to give Nandyal seat, which was fell vacant due to sudden demise of Bhuma Nagi Reddy, Bhuma family members.
Chandrababu reportedly told Shilpa Mohan Reddy that he would filed him in 2019 elections and this time, he assured the ticket to Bhuma family.
This has upset Shilpa Mohan Reddy. If sources are to be believed, Shilpa may join the YSRCP soon after Chandrababu announces his decision on the Nandyal by-poll.
