Thousands of women took to roads on Wednesday and protested against actor and Hindhupur MLA Bala Krishna.
They rallied on the streets and staged a dharna at the MRO office demanding Bala Krishna to solve water crisis in the constituency. It is a known fact that drinking water is sold at the rate of 10 rupees a pot in the constituency and Bala Krishna has not visited the constituency for five months now.
Recently, they filed a missing complaint about Bala Krishna but the actor-turned-politician has not responded.
The angry protesters also wrote Balayya name on bulls in the protest.
The buzz in the TDP circles is that Bala Krishna may not contest from Hindhuour in the next election and he may choose another constituency.
