Young Tiger JR NTR is currently happy with his new film and the movie Jai Lava Kusa released in the theatres. The lead actor Tarak is playing a triple role in the movie. The teasers, trailer and all the other songs of the film have already raised enough curiosity on the movie. The craze is super high about the film and let’s check out the review to know if the film reached the expectations.

Jai, Lava, and Kusa are brothers. Their mother wanted to see them as Rama, Lakshmana, and Bharatha but they don’t grow in that way. Jai is the one who always faces humility and hatred. His talent will never get recognized. Because of this, Jai becomes strong hearted and leaves the other two brothers to follow a wrong path like Ravana in Ramayana. After a point in life, when everyone is busy with their own lives, Jai tries to reach out to his two brothers again which changes the lives of the two unnecessarily. What happens then forms the rest of the story of the film.

The performance by JR NTR is a big plus point for the film. The way Tarak played all the three roles is unique and impressive. JR NTR has clearly shown variation in all the three roles. Without him, the film would not have been the same. Tarak proved that he is a perfect actor with the film. The leading ladies Raashi Khanna, Niveda Thomas are good. Sai Kumar, Posani Krishna Murali, and the other actors are good as per their roles and tried to impress in their limited duration. They made sure that their presence is felt.

Director Bobby’s story line is impressive and the way he wrote the characterisations is also good. The elevations in the movie are perfect. The screenplay written by Kona and Chakravarthy is good too. The camera work of the film by Chota K Naidu is good. The picturisation of all the songs is nice. Every frame looks rich and colourful. The music by Devi Sri Prasad is nice and the background score he came up with is also interesting. The editing by Kotagiri is okay. Kalyan Ram’s production values on NTR Arts is good.

Verdict:

The director Bobby has come up with a brilliant story which has all the elements to impress the audiences. The director made sure that all the three roles get good recognition. The first half of the film goes on a funny note and takes a serious path at a certain point of time and then the second half changes completely. The film’s minus point is in its narration. The narration of the film is weak. Also, the film runs on a routine track and it is a disappointment too. The second half of the film is a bit dull. On a whole, the film gives us good entertainment and is a watchable film for this weekend.

Plus Points:

Performances, BGM, Dialogues, Camera Work,

Minus Points:

Narration, Some lags
