YSRCP demands TDP to make public capital city funding

YSRCP official spokesperson K Parthasarathi on Thursday said that Chandrababu Naidu has been cheating people in the name of new capital city and foundation stone was laid for it on seven occasions and designs were changed at his whims and fancies spending money lavishly on unproductive means.

Adressing the media at the party office, he demanded Chandrababu Naidu government to make public the allocation of funds in the annual budget for building the capital city and the details of amounts received from the Centre for the purpose.

The foundation stone was laid by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on one occasion, Union Minister Arun Jaitley on another, Singapore leaders on one occasion and Chandrababu Naidu family had done it once and again the state says that foundation stone will be laid on Dasara again.

Each time the foundation stone function is held money has been spent lavishly and the extravaganza has no proper justification,’ he said.
