YSR Congress President and Opposition leader in Andhra Pradesh Assembly YS Jagan Mohan Reddy once again raised to the occasion in questioning the government on it unfulfilled promises.
Reddy who was in the forefront in fighting special category status issue and in pursuit of putting pressure on the government fulfill other promises, held a huge ‘Jai Andhra’ rally in Visakhapatnam, on Sunday. And in a spirited address he questioned and cornered the government on public issues with particular reference to TDP election promises. Instead of making allegations Jagan Reddy asked the people to introspect on the performance of the government in keeping its promises as the tenure of the present establishment is about to cross half way mark.
The ruling TDP has promised lot of things to every section of the society, including loan weaver for farmers, fee reimbursement for students, employment to unemployed youth and many other things. But in the last two and half years the government failed miserable in pursuing its promises, he pointed and asked people to respond by raising if they endorse it and got double endorsement, the people raised both their hands expressing anger and anguish.
